This is an explanation of why and how Gail and Ewald Meggersee started the Body Stress Release discipline.  Ewald describes how an accident in his early years, led to a chronic back condition. This progressed to the point, where they were forced to find a solution to his condition. They became Chiropractors hoping that this would help him. Then they found out about an innate body feedback loop, that could be used to detect lines of stress. Armed with this information, they spent years researching and developing the Body Stress Release technique. During the process, Ewald’s back improved needing a wheel chair to being able to jiggle about like a child.
