This technique uses your body’s innate wisdom to explore the causes of your current issue and what techniques are required to encourage your body back to balance. Clients have found this holistic approach to be beneficial for many physical, mental and emotional issues.

Brain Integration – LEAP

This technique works with precisely formatted acupressure points and researched formats to stimulate energetic changes in the brain. LEAP has helped children with learning challenges in reading, writing, maths and comprehension. It also had an impact on coordination issues.

Body Stress Release

This technique uses your body’s biofeedback mechanism to tests for lines of stress in the muscles and to determine where precise gentle stimulation is required to encourage the muscles to release built up stress. This technique is known to help clients with back and neck pain and referred pain in the legs and arms.

Improved mental health

Clients with fear, anxiety and depression have indicated that their sessions have made it easier for them to deal with their issues.
