Brain Integration
Sub-Conscious Patterns

If you’re capable and motivated, you can achieve incredible things. But why is it so difficult to change certain behaviors and attitudes, even when we know they’re holding us back? The answer lies in the subconscious patterns that shape our thoughts and actions—hidden beliefs and reactions that we may not even be aware of.

Two Types of Memory:

1. Explicit Memory: This is the active part of memory we use to learn, store, and retrieve information, whether for school, work, or general knowledge.
2. Implicit Memory: Imagine this as a continuous video recording of your life, capturing emotions, beliefs, and reactions from day one. This deep-seated memory operates unconsciously, often influencing how we instinctively react in certain situations.
Sometimes, implicit memory manifests in surprising ways, like an out-of-character response to a situation. Only afterward do we reflect, “Why did I react so strongly?” Such moments reveal core beliefs or triggers rooted in our subconscious, often developed before we were even old enough to process the world logically.

What Lies Beneath the Surface

Our minds are like icebergs, with far more hidden below the surface (our subconscious) than visible above (our conscious thoughts). These submerged beliefs and emotions can have profound effects on the body, which is mostly made up of water. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments demonstrated that emotions and sound can significantly influence water, suggesting that prolonged negative energy patterns stored in our bodies may lead to physical discomfort or illness, such as stress-induced headaches or tight muscles.

How LEAP (Life Enhancement Acupressure Protocol) Can Help

LEAP Kinesiology practitioners use muscle monitoring to uncover these hidden stresses and emotional patterns that no longer serve you. Many of these patterns are imprinted before the age of four, at a time when our developing brains lacked the capacity to form constructive coping mechanisms. These imprints become habitual patterns that influence how we navigate life.
By identifying these subconscious blocks through muscle monitoring, kinesiology offers a powerful opportunity: the gift of choice. You can choose to remain in old patterns or embrace new behaviours that align with your goals and well-being.

Your Choice

Change may not always be easy, but it begins with awareness. When we bring what’s hidden into the light, we gain the power to take control of our lives. This is a gift of choice.

Do you wish to continue in the same pattern, or start introducing changes?

Note:

LEAP was developed by Dr Charles Krebs who wrote, A revolutionary way of thinking, which is about his journey and the LEAP technique
